Twice the son of hell…?
Jesus said that some people proselyte and make their converts “twice the son of hell”, do you think this is true today?
Matthew 23:15
15 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
And why do you think Jesus charges the convert the penalty of hell when it was the person who preached to him that lead him wrong?
What are your thoughts…?

WRONG
YES! Twice the son of hell!
Why? If we look at this generation, what sets us apart from the generations of our fathers and mothers?
If we have grown up in a Christian family, what values have we absorbed over that lifetime?
Knowledge of good and bad, God and Satan or knowledge to conceal our evil desires better.
We are a generation of “Twice the son of Hell” because our motivation is not for Messiah or love but ourselves. We are converts raised by converts who were blind in truth.
Their truth was truth to them and if a Prophet gives them another truth, they say ‘it’s the devil’s truth’.
Pastors, Evangelistic and missionaries fly all around the world preaching and sharing but neglect there own family and sheep, the blind leading the blind.
And we all end up in Hell, because the message was sweet to the ear and taste.
Pastors are not meant to be popular, Pastors are meant to be unpopular.
For it is ashamed for a professing Christian to die a natural death.
So when a new convert understands this message, they have two choices, pick up the cross or walk away. But don’t ever give them a counterfeit cross to carry that is not heavy burden.
Oh you got that right about the blind leading the blind.
Tha sad part is where corruption originated … those who actually knew the truth but instead of sharing it, they knowingly spread errancy
Joh 7:46 The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.
Joh 7:47 Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?
Joh 7:48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
Joh 7:49 But this people who knoweth NOT the law are cursed.
These were religious leaders, who had placed themselves in Moses’ seat, admitting that people they teach are ignorant of God’s Laws! No wonder Jesus said to them:
LK 11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
Mat 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
Mat 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
Mat 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mar 7:5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?
Mar 7:6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
Mar 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mar 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
Mar 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
How sadly true this prophecy is:
JER 16:19 O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and [things] wherein [there is] no profit.
yes you got it right
Twice the sons of hell than the Pharisees who convert them because of what they were converted from and what they are converted to, namely the hypocracy of their converters and then having learned from them, now more cunning and devious in their own proselytising… as seen in the false cults of today.
Certainly this is one reason Muslims resent attempts to “convert” them to Christianity… they see the way most western Christians live and the faithful Muslims know it has nothing to do with Godliness or Holiness.
